Introduction - This feature allows your customers to reach out to your team directly through WhatsApp, leveraging its popularity and convenience for real-time interactions.

How to operate Whatsapp chat-

1. Goto Leads -> Whatsapp

  1. Now, select the lead of the customer to open the chat. Standard templates can be shared with customer until the customer initiate the chat.

  1. You will be able to chat with the customer only if the customer has initiated the chat. Once the customer initiates the chat, a window will open to you for 24hr. During this period of time you can chat back with customer.

  1. Once the 24hr passes, again you will be able to share the standard templates only.

Please note -

  1. The timer will appear in the chat only when the customer initiates the chat on whatsapp.

  2. You can not chat with the customer who came via video call/audio call.

  3. You can share the attachments with the customers during the 24hr period.
