Customer Side Instructions
Customers can request the co-browse section by clicking on the 'Generate Co-browse Code' option in the footer section.
After clicking the button, a pop-up appears on the customer's screen. The customer needs to provide the generated code to the agent. The code remains valid for 15 minutes.
Agent Side Instructions
The agent must click on the 'Co-browse' button to open the co-browse section.
Enter the co-browse code provided by the customer and click on the 'Connect' button.
A pop-up will appear on the customer's screen. The customer must click on 'Allow' to grant access.
Once the customer grants permission, the agent can view the customer's screen.
1. Highlight Tool
Agents can use the highlight tool to point out important areas on the customer's screen.
2. Drawing Tool
Agents can draw on the screen using the drawing tool. These drawings will appear on the customer's screen in real-time.

Disappearing Ink
Agents can highlight points that will automatically disappear after a few seconds.
4. Erase Tool
To delete highlights or drawings, agents can click the 'Delete' button.
Color Customization
Agents can change the color of the pen by clicking on the 'Color' icon.
Remote Control
If the agent needs access to the customer's screen:
o The agent clicks on the 'Remote Control' button.
o The customer must click 'Allow' to grant control.
o Once access is granted, the agent can perform actions on behalf of the customer.
If agent wants to access the customer screen he needs to click on the remote control button. After agent accessed the customer needs to click on the allow to give access to the agents
Now agents have the access he can click on the customer behalf
Ending the Co-browse Session
· Agents can end the session by clicking on the 'End' button on the left side.
· Customers can end the session by clicking the 'End' button on their screen's right side.

Note:- During the co-browsing session with the customer, agent access to the checkout page will be restricted to ensure privacy and security.
