# Live Chat

**Steps:-**

1. Click on Assets.
2. Select the widget.
3. Jump to the widget tab.

4. Now from the channels, choose Ai Chat and save it.

5. The representative will receive a call on the sales assist's dashboard whenever someone tries to initiate a conversation from your website.

6. They can start a conversation once the agent approves the request.
