Live Chat

Live Chat facilitates communication between your representatives and website users by activating the chat feature on the widget.

Steps:-

  1. Click on Assets.

  2. Select the widget.

  3. Jump to the widget tab.

  1. Now from the channels, choose Ai Chat and save it.

  1. The representative will receive a call on the sales assist's dashboard whenever someone tries to initiate a conversation from your website.

Agent's View.
Customer's view.
  1. They can start a conversation once the agent approves the request.
