Live Chat
Live Chat facilitates communication between your representatives and website users by activating the chat feature on the widget.
Steps:-
Click on Assets.
Select the widget.
Jump to the widget tab.

Now from the channels, choose Ai Chat and save it.

The representative will receive a call on the sales assist's dashboard whenever someone tries to initiate a conversation from your website.


They can start a conversation once the agent approves the request.
