You can adjust this form as needed, and while speaking with a customer, you can add comments or remarks to it.
Note: When the call is over, your notes and observations will appear in front of that specific lead.
How to fill the form while being on the call? Follow the steps mentioned below:)
Click on the form icon on the right hand side of the dashboard.
A form will appear which you need to fill and save and that's it and you are done.
Note:- Always remember to save the modifications.
