How to schedule a call?

1. To schedule a call, click on Schedule call button.
2. Once you click on the button, the below form will open. You need to fill up the details and click on submit button.
3. After clicking on submit button, you need to select the select the slot as per your choice and availability and enter your email. You can enter multiple email separating by comma.
4. Confirm your slot by clicking on the confirm slot button. And you can invite your family and friends in the schedule call by clicking on Invite friends Button.
5. Customer and the agent will receive a confirmation mail and Whatsapp message once the call is scheduled.
How to manage schedule call by Agents?
1. Agents can see the scheduled calls on the dashboard as well as in leads.

2. Initially this lead is not assigned to any of the agent. Whosoever is going to work on it, can assign himself as lead owner.
3. To attend the call, you need to click on Start button.
4. And that’s how you can join the call.
If the agent is unavailable to join the call, they can assign the call to another agent. Click on the arrow as shown in the image below.
Now, click on 'View Details'
Click on the edit button to modify the details.
Now, you can add the agent's email ID in the moderator column to route the scheduled call to the desired person.
