Once you installed and login on SaleAssist Mobile App, you receive the calls on your mobile phones.
Once you pick the call, you need to allow access for your camera and microphone.
During the call, you will see few control button in the bottom. With these control buttons you can turn off your camera and mic, flip the camera, chat with the customer.
You can also record the call, put the call on hold, add virtual background by clicking on the three dot button.
You can check the lead details by clicking in the add button.
You can add another agent to the call by clicking on this button.To do so, you need to add the agent name/e-mail and click on send invite.
You can also share the call invite to the third by click on the highlighted button via any chat platform.
