# Admin Controls

Below are the steps to be follow to generate the reports-

&#x20;1\. Go to the dashboard and click on the reports tab.

&#x20;2\.  Select the duration like From Date and To Date for which period you want to fetch the report.

&#x20;3\. Select the report type form the “Select a Report” drop down. You will have multiple choices like conversations, leads, feedback and meeting etc. on the basis of which you can generate the report.

&#x20;4\.  You can download the fetched data by clicking on the download button. In this report you can see all the details of the lead like name, email, contact no., lead type, lead status and lead attended by etc.

**How to check the status of the Agents?**

&#x20;Below are the steps to be follow to check the status of the agents-

&#x20;1\. Go to the dashboard and click on the team button.

2\.  Once you click on the Team Button, you will 4 options - Online, Offline, Away and Busy. By clicking on any of the button, you can see the list of the agents as per the status.
