# Transcription & Summarization

One can get the transcription and summarization of their chat with another person after a call.

**How to get the transcription & Summarization?**

Follow the below steps for the same.

1. Go to leads. 
2. Select any lead you want the transcription & Summarization of.
3. Click on the mode of communication. (Video Call/ Schedule Meeting.

4. Now, scroll down and you will get one transcribe now button.

5. Now simply click on transcribe now button and you will get the transcription and summarization of that particular conversation.&#x20;
