Users & Roles

This area facilitates the process of inviting your agents to join your organisation.

Steps:- (For Admins)

  1. Go to settings.

  2. Click on users and roles tab.

  3. Now click on invite from the right.

  1. Now fill in the details like their email address and select the role as agent.

  1. If you want to invite that agent for any particular widget select the widget and click on invite.

Steps (For agents)

  1. Ask your agents to create their account on my.saleassist.ai using the same email address.

  2. Now they will land onto the dashboard.

  3. As a next step, ask them to accept the invite by clicking on the bell icon.
