Welcome to SaleAssist! This onboarding plan is structured across the next few days to ensure a smooth setup, seamless integration, and proper enablement of your entire team.

🟣 Day 0 — Kickoff & Admin Setup (15 minutes)

This is a short introductory call focused on initial setup and understanding your requirements.

Agenda

Session Pre-requisites :- This session involves Admin or Sub-admins from brand side.

  • Extend Admin Access to the SaleAssist Team (1 min)

  • High-level dashboard walkthrough (10 mins)

  • Knowledgebase resources shared

    • Setup guides

    • Videos

    • Best practices These can also be forwarded to all Agents before the Day 1 call.

  • Define immediate next steps

🟡 Day 1 — Integration & Agent Onboarding (~45 minutes)

Session Pre-requisites :- This session involves both your tech team (Dev) and customer-facing team (Agents).

🔧 Technical Integration (Dev Team)

  • Integration code will be shared during the call for the respective feature like VidSell / Reels / Strike.

  • Dev team can begin integration immediately as per our guidance.

  • Our team will answer integration-related queries live during the session.

👥 Agent Onboarding

  • All agents will be invited and onboarded on the SaleAssist dashboard - reference doc

  • Mobile app links will be provided

    • Agents install the app

    • Login to their assigned accounts

  • Training on complete call workflows:

    • Live Video Call

    • Scheduled Calls

    • Lead handling

    • Notifications

    • Follow ups and Lead dispositions / Sale Conversion tracking

  • Q&A session with agents

  • Sharing of:

    • Agent best practices

    • Training videos

    • Quick reference guides

🔵 Day 7 — CRM, Whitelabeling & Marketing Setup

This call focuses on advanced setup and automation.
