# Best Practices / Recommendations

This guide outlines **recommended placements, CTAs, and configurations** for SaleAssist features so you can get the **highest engagement and lead conversion** from your website.

We brought these recommendations on basis of our current customer's feedback.

### 1. VidSell – Live Video Shop / Consultation

**Goal:** Make “Talk to an Expert / Live Video Shop” visible and accessible anywhere a user feels confused or ready to buy.

#### 1.1 Floating Side Button (Site-wide)

**Best For:** Overall website, especially high-intent pages (home, category, PDP, pricing, plans).

**Recommended Labels (examples):**

* *Live Video Shop*
* *Live Consultation*
* *Live Demo*
* *Book Video Shop*
* *Live Shop with an Expert*

### **Placement Guidelines:**

* #### **Desktop:**

  * Right-hand side, vertically centered
  * Always visible (sticky) as the user scrolls
  * PDP page - Add CTA near Add to cart button as Live Video Shop / Video Shop

* Use **bright but on-brand colors** so the button stands out.
* Keep text short (2–3 words) and action-oriented.
* Ensure button appears **within the first few seconds** of the user landing.
