# 🌟SaleAssist Onboarding – Implementation Plan

### 📅 Day 0 – Kickoff & Setup (15–20 minutes)

**Objective:** Get your admin account ready and align on feature requirements.

During this short call, we will:

1. **Create your Admin Account**
   * Help you log in and set up your primary admin profile.
2. **Extend Admin Access to the SaleAssist Team**
   * Temporarily grant our onboarding team admin access so we can configure widgets, features, and mappings on your behalf.
3. **Capture Feature-wise Preferences**
   * Collect your preferences for all below features in excel sheet to proceed with the setup :

### 📅 Day 1 – Integration & Agent Onboarding (≈ 45 minutes)

**Objective:** Connect SaleAssist to your website/app and onboard your team.

In this session, we will:

* Work with your **tech/dev team** to:
  * Implement the SaleAssist widget on your website / PDPs / landing pages
  * Validate events, CTAs, and widget behavior in staging/production
* Conduct an **Agent Onboarding Session**:
  * Help agents log in to the web + mobile apps
  * Map agents to widgets
  * Explain best practices for handling calls & leads

**Feature Configuration – Choose Your Setup**

For each feature, please share your configuration preferences using the templates:
