Troubleshoot Video Call Permissions

1. Camera & microphone permissions are blocked/cancelled while initiating the call.

Solution -

For IOS -

While initiating the call, You need to allow the microphone and camera access.

Please do not click on Cancel Button. And if you do so, then follow below steps -

1. If you have clicked on Cancel then, click on close button.

1. Then refresh the page.

For Android - While initiating the call, You need to allow the microphone and camera access.

Please do not click on Block Button. And if you do so, then follow below steps -

1. Click on the highlighted icon.

1. Then click on Permissions.

1. Click on Reset Permissions.

1. Now click on Reset Button.
